What are the benefits of an account with you?

We would love to have a permanent relationship with you. You get access to current available coupon codes, notification on upcoming sales, and all your ordered intros are stored by us for 1 year at absolutely no charge. They are available at your account dashboard.

How do I change my account details?

Check the email you received after placing your order. It should contain information about the status of your order and the expected delivery date.

I didn't receive any emails from you, where are they?

All emails from us are usually sent in under a minute. If you still haven’t received it in a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If found, move the emails to your inbox and also add us as a contact, so any important future communication is not missed.

Service

How does your service work?

First, you select your intros from our huge library. For each intro, you can enter the title, subtitle and any other requirements. You can also add comments at checkout. We manually work to create each of your intros based on your requirements and make it as cool as possible. On completion, your intros are sent as .mp4 files to your email and to your account dashboard.

I am unsure about the intros, how will they turn out?

We work hard to create the best intro possible for you. You can find om our shop in the service category examples on moste of the videos we offer, and you can choose the one you like. If you are still unsure, you can contact us to create a free sample screenshot of an intro with your title and subtitle.

Where will I get the generated video?

Your generated video will be sent to the email you submitted in the form in mp4 format. If you haven't received the video in 48 hours, please reach out to us here.

Once the payment is completed, how long will it typically take for me to receive my video?

You should receive the video in a few minutes to a few hours depending on the theme you ordered. Please contact us here if you do not receive your video even after 48 hours.

I've made a payment but haven't yet received my video yet, what should I do?

Please make sure the payment was successful and you received the confirmation email. Check your Spam or Junk folder for our emails and move them to your inbox if present. If 48 hours have passed and you still haven't received the video, please reach out to us here.

I've received the delivery email, but cannot click the download button?

Some email providers might omit the download link in rare cases. If that happens, just reply to the delivery email and we will resend you the download link as soon as possible.

Will there be a watermark or symbol on my finished intro?

No, there will be no watermark or logo of any kind on your generated videos. They completely belong to you.

Why are there limits on the length of the titles and subitles?

We have set up our systems to generate the most captivating video possible with your submitted text. The limits are in place to ensure the quality of the video and to avoid glitches. You can reach out to us here if you want a longer text limit.

What about posting the generated videos online?

You can post the generated videos anywhere you want, including all social media websites, portfolios, forums, presentations, blogs, etc.

I want to cancel my order, what should I do?

If your video has not been delivered, please reach out to us here for a refund. If your video has been generated and sent already, we will not be able to refund your order in accordance with our terms of use. Please reach out to us for further information.

I want more customization of the videos, how can I do that?

For further customization, please reach out to us here. We will craft a custom order based on your requirements.

Orders

How will I receive my videos?

Once the order is complete, you will get an order completion email, and all your intros will be available at the Downloads section on your account dashboard. For guests, there will be a link to download the intros in the order completion email, which will be valid for 7 days.

When will I receive my order?

We strive to send you your order as fast as we can. Most videos are delivered in 24-48 hours. If you have a bulk order, it may take additional time to complete all the videos in the order. You can also choose 24-Hour delivery at checkout if you need your order urgently.

Where do I mention my title, subtitle and other requirements?

You can enter your title, subtitle and other requirements on the individual intro pages. You can mention all your requirements at checkout as well. You can also contact us with the requirements after you order.

How do we send images and videos which are needed for some intros?

For some custom intros, images and videos are required to create the video. You can upload your files to Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer and mention the link in the requirements at checkout. Alternatively, you can also email us the link after you order.

I need bulk intros, can I get a discount?

Yes, you can! We have discount coupons available for bulk orders. You can use ‘BULK10’ for a 10% discount on every intro in your cart if your order value is above $50. You can use ‘SWEET25’ for a flat $25 discount on your order if your order value is above $100. If you need a large quantity of multiple intros, please contact us for a custom package.

Do you have more intros than what are listed here?

You can find a few more intros here. Please contact us to buy the intros that are not listed on our website.

Can you make custom intros also?

Yes, we do make custom intros on request as well. Please contact us with more information.

What payment methods do you support?

We support all major payment methods including Paypal, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and China UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Cash App Pay, Bank debits (e.g. ACH, SEPA), Sofort, Cartes Bancaires etc.

I am unable to use any payment methods, what should I do?

Please contact us with more details of the issue, we’ll try our best to help you and provide alternatives.

Is my information safe?

Absolutely. We value your privacy and security. All payments are processed by industry leaders PayPal and Stripe on their own websites. We do not store or require any of your information except your email which is used to deliver your order.

I ordered by mistake, what happens now?

Don’t worry, contact us with your order number and we’ll help you. If your order is still processing, we’ll issue a full refund except the payment gateway charges immediately.
